Creates a mirage of what the caster wants out of water. To create the mirage, 5 liters of water is required per level of size. Each level the maxiumum size of the mirage increases by 1, starting on 2. When the duration is over the mirage will transform back into water.
The spell Control Water can be used to move the water mirage.

Transfer Requirements
