Tsenkir

Tsenkir is the largest village in Amar (population 500, about 100 houses) and the kingdom's most important place of trading. Lord Nalchir Emaron, himself an important trader, is its Lord of Land.
The village sits at the forest edge on the northeastern rim of the central plain. Dense forest shelters it to the north and east; the open plain spreads south and west. Roads leave west across the plain toward the capital, south, and southwest. At its centre lies a large market square ringed by market halls, warehouses and inns.
On market days the square draws traders from every district. Little moves on the trade roads without word of it reaching Lord Nalchir first.
