Saethor is a village of some 200 people (about 40 houses) on the east side of the southern cape, on the road toward Bish Nathir.
The sea lies east and south; forest stands north. The coast road runs through the village and continues south toward the cape tip.
Saethor's folk tend the beacon road and salvage what the cape's waters claim.
