Phenaihír is a village of some 250 people (about 50 houses) on Feronir's south coast road.
The sea lies south; forest stands north and east. A jetty, net-drying racks and small fields between village and forest keep it fed.
Baron Garos Maella's law runs here as everywhere in Feronir: the village is orderly, and strangers are reported.
