Two people swear an oath over a bowl of still water and drink from it. Whoever breaks the oath suffers -3 in Status until they make amends, and every still water they see reminds them. Moltan judges accept a Stillwater Oath as testimony.
Ingredients
- Still water drawn at dawn (1 l).
- Two hairs, one from each swearer, tied together.
- A stone from a courthouse or temple floor.*
- The oath itself, spoken word for word by both.
