Gives the target an extra Magical Aptitude that lasts for 12 hours. If the target has already been given an extra Magical Aptitude the spell can not be used untill the previous Magical Aptitude disappears. The spell can raise a target that has reduced its magical aptitude to -1 if the spell is cast with in 5 minutes.
