Shoots an small tornado towards the target. The tornado will suck up the target, whirling itin a circle for the duration of the spell. For the duration of the spell, the tornado 1BP + 1 per other level in damage. The target will get -3 in combat while whirling around.
While the air version of the tornado looks normal, the water version of the tornado spell is filled with water instead of air.
