Keron is a timber town of some 350 people (about 70 houses) in a great clearing on the east-west forest road.<br />
<br />
Log yards, sawpits and charcoal kilns ring the clearing's edge. The forest stands on all sides; the road runs on west to Molthaki and east toward the coast.<br />
<br />
Rauinor's shipwrights and the capital's builders both buy Keron timber; the town's axes are seldom idle.<br />
